Welcome to elenortours. By booking any of our tours, transfers, or travel services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.

1. General Information

elenortours operates private transfers, day tours, and travel packages across Egypt.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
By confirming a booking, you accept all terms listed on this page.

2. Booking & Payment

Reservations can be made online through our website, via email, or WhatsApp.
To secure your booking, a deposit or full payment may be required depending on the service.
Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash (when applicable).
You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is successfully processed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge.
No-shows on the day of service are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

4. Changes to Bookings

You can request date or time changes up to 24 hours before your tour or transfer.
All changes depend on availability and must be confirmed by our team.

5. Travel Conditions

All guests must be ready at the agreed meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure.
elenortours reserves the right to change routes or schedules due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during tours or transfers.

6. Liability

elenortours ensures safety, reliability, and professional service at all times.
However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.
Participation in any activity is at the customer’s own risk.

7. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements before booking.
Some tours may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.
All vehicles and equipment are regularly maintained for safety and hygiene.

8. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and handle your personal data securely.
Information provided during booking will only be used for processing your reservation and improving service quality.
We never share your details with third parties without consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any disputes shall be handled exclusively by Egyptian courts.
